This document provides with terms of service and privacy policy in relation to delivering service and collecting/using your personal information. Here, the terms e.g.‘Company’ and‘We’ refer to DESIGNER PENCIL. The terms e.g.‘Client’ and‘You’ refer to the SERVICE USER. Moreover, the term‘Service’ and‘Services’ refer to Logo Design, Website Design and Development, Mobile Design and Development, SEO, SMO and PPC Marketing and Printing Service.
SERVICES
At DESIGNER PENCIL, we offer different IT related services as mentioned above. We hold the right to provide one or more than one service at a time. You agree that the company can refuse to offer any service to anyone without any reason or notice. For any loss or damage caused by this, the company will not be held responsible by you. You also agree that you will avail these services at the price given on the website or agreed at the time of order placement. You agree that for any change in your requirements, you will pay extra for that. DESIGNER PENCIL will not bear any additional cost caused by using a third party service.
PAYMENT
You agree to pay the order amount before the order is processed by DESIGNER PENCIL. The terms of payment can differ based on your requirements and package selection. In case you pay for the order in instalments, you agree to pay the due amount before receiving the order. You also agree that the quoted amount is exclusive of sales tax that is up to 8%. You will pay the order amount by using the online payment modes such as PayPal, Bank Transfer and CashApp.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The company has the right to cancel the order any time without prior notice. You agree that you will not hold the company responsible for any loss or damage caused by such cancellation. You can also cancel the order within 12 hours of placing the order. All the cancellation requests MUST be made in writing and sent via email. After receiving your request, we will proceed with your request and will repay you 90% of the order. You agree to bear the fee of the cancellation. You can also request for refund if you are not happy or satisfied with the delivered work.
PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
You agree that the information you share with us at the time of placing the order will be used only for delivering the purpose of the services only. You also agree that your information will be used for contact only. We promise that we will never sell or share your personal information with anyone or a third party.
