Can I get more than one service together?

Yes, to get more than one service together, you will have to get a separate quote or a custom quote. You can also select multiple packages of different services and checkout. 

 

What is the process of ordering?

You can place the order from package page where you can select your preferred package and checkout. You can also directly reach us with your requirements for a custom quote.

 

What are your charges for service?

Can I pay the order amount in instalment?

For orders above $1000 USD, we allow you to pay in two instalments. Besides, for large orders above $2000 instalments can be offered based on the milestones.

 

Do you offer a discount?

Yes, we do offer occasional discounts. Discount details are updated on the website from time to time.

 

How do you deliver the order?

We deliver you every order in digital form. Such as, logo, website template design, mobile app design and promotional item designs are delivered in PSD and JPEG file sent via email. For development projects, we provide you with cPanel access to login to the system and get hands-on experience. As of marketing service, we provide you with the outcome of the marketing campaign in the form of a report. However, printer items bought under printing service are physically delivered to your provided address.

You can get in constant touch with your designer, developer and marketers through live chat, email support and contact us form. 

 

When will I receive my order?

When you place an order, you are sent a confirmation email in which your deadline is explicitly stated.  

 

What if I am not happy with the delivered work?

You will need to reach us via email or live chat support and inform us of the reason for dissatisfaction. If the reason for dissatisfaction is that the team did not follow the specification, we will immediately work on your request and will deliver you revised work.
